Therapeutic Orientation: Archetypal psychology/depth psychology, mindfulness based CBT, etc. I am not wed to any one specific approach, but utilize what is appropriate to the needs of my clients.
Therapeutic Orientation: My MA training was in Counseling Psychotherapy with a Depth focus which is heavily influenced by Jung and archetypal psychology, I also integrate and have training in mindfulness, biofeedback and hypnotism.
