Therapeutic Orientation: Mindfulness based Transpersonal psychotherapist. I incorporate Shamanic journeying and hypnosis into my practice when applicable. I am also trained in EMDR, Hakomi and Somatic Experiencing.
Therapeutic Orientation: My MA training was in Counseling Psychotherapy with a Depth focus which is heavily influenced by Jung and archetypal psychology, I also integrate and have training in mindfulness, biofeedback and hypnotism.
