Therapeutic Orientation: Integrative: Psychodynamic, Transpersonal, Existential-Humanistic, Jungian. My Approach is also informed by harm reduction, trauma and attachment theory, and Vipassana meditation.
Therapeutic Orientation: My MA training was in Counseling Psychotherapy with a Depth focus which is heavily influenced by Jung and archetypal psychology, I also integrate and have training in mindfulness, biofeedback and hypnotism.
