You deserve to feel love and belonging, to be accepted exactly as you are. As your therapist, I will invite you into a deeper and more rewarding relationship with yourself, and make space for the person you are growing into, with compassion, warmth, and gentle curiosity.

With a spirit of play and creativity, I encourage you to engage your sense of wonder, so we can identify and build on your unique strengths. Words can be hard to access at times, so we may also use arts, sandtray, writing, ritual, and body awareness, as we explore what it means to be you.

Using a culturally sensitive lens, I love working with individuals of all ethnic, racial, and spiritual backgrounds, along the gender and sexuality spectrum, from teens to elders. I am poly and BDSM knowledgeable, and sex worker friendly. I work particularly well with creative folks, healers, and outliers who have tried therapy but didn’t feel like their therapist “got” them.
