People are often a culmination of diverse experiences, some beautiful and amazing, some confusing and fear-inducing. I see therapy as a collaborative space to help people explore their choices and why they make them, as well as to create new solutions to previously difficult situations. I use a holistic approach to help develop deeply authentic and fulfilling lives by lessening those old, critical inner voices (driven by shame and trauma) and integrating a new inner voice of self-compassion and self-acceptance. Our work together will be informed with aspects of existential psychology, Hakomi, attachment theory, depth psychology and mindfulness with the goal of being emotionally-flexible, relationally-engaged and fully present in your life.
