Pamela Stockton

I offer psychotherapy and Somatic Experiencing for individual adults in my Houston office or online as well as Holotropic Breathwork in a workshop setting. My therapeutic orientation is holistic, in that I work with all aspects of being; somatic in that I honor the wisdom and sacredness of the body, and transpersonal in that I recognize the support and guidance of the unseen. I highly value the healing potential of experiences in non-ordinary states of consciousness in a well-held set and setting, whether accessed with or without plant medicines or other catalysts. I recognize that these modalities offer powerful and life-changing sources of insight, and that often skilled support is needed for the optimal integration of these experiences.
